Howdy, my dears! Apologies for such a long absence from blogger scene. Have to be honest with you – still trying to get used to working schedule of Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00. Which is pretty tough, especially first few weeks. But now I am back and ready to post again. Today I have been going through some stuff on my hard drives in search of some nice content to share with you from all my years here in Germany. And some minutes ago I finally found it! Going through all those pictures brought back so many memories, those nice sunny day – long walks along the river holding my camera and ready to take a shot from every angle. Ohhh, so amazing.Continue reading
Hi, there, friends! Today I have decided to share with you my old Photo Walk around Bad Salzungen. This Photo Walk happened quite a while ago, back when I was a student in Schmalkalden. Since we had a free student ticket around Thüringen, we would often travel around the neighboring towns and villages. The nature there was just amazing!
The name Bad Salzungen comes from the word “Salz” translated as “salt”. It was named so due to the salt deposits in the region. Now the town is well-known for it’s salt water health resort. Hi, everyone! And welcome to my first Photo Walk post. Today, while I am daily working on preparing new content for you, I would like to share one of my past photo walks – back from summer 2018 in Bonn. I lived in Bonn from spring 2018 till around spring 2019 and during that time frame I did a lot of exploring around the city. Most of all I enjoy being surrounded by beautiful nature, that is why one of my most favorite places is Rheinaue Park. I have been there on multiple occasions – from simple roaming around the park to planned photo walks and special events like holidays, jamming sessions and different concerts. The park is huge, it has lots of beautiful corners, has direct access to the Rhein river, there are many gorgeous flowers and trees, Japanese garden, café and restaurants around. In summer you can also see many small kiosks selling ice-cream and cold beverages. It has beautiful view on nearby building of DHL.Continue reading
